Colby Chun (Resilience Corps Leader)

Colby Chun

Aloha, my name is Colby Chun, and I am a CERENE Resilience Corps Leader (RCL). I am currently a student at Kapi’olani Community College (KCC). I was born and raised within O’ahu’s Neighborhood Board #1, Hawaii Kai. I am interested in both economics and environmental science. While at KCC, I plan to obtain my sustainability certificate before transferring to a four-year university. I am especially passionate about sports and am looking forward to getting back into my athletic background. I also follow professional sports pretty heavily. As part of my work with the Resilience Corps Leaders (RCLs), I will be teaming up with “Cares about Climate” to aid in tackling our greenhouse gas emissions problems. My focus is on making changes in sustainability that will benefit our future generations. I am happy to be working with such amazing people as we all strive to make the world a better place. A few fun facts you may not know about me are that I enjoy hiking and hope to one day travel the world!
